Robert J. Kawalski, Esquire


Mr. Robert Kawalski is a native of Turner Falls, Massachusetts. He attended local public schools and in 1942 entered Williams College. After completing his freshman year Mr. Kawalski enlisted in the navy and saw combat action in the submarine service in the South Pacific. After the war Mr. Kawalski, returned to Williams and graduated in 1948. He graduated from Cornell Law School in 1951 and moved to Burlington, Vermont to commence the practice of law. 

In 1965, Mr. Kawalski moved to Pennsylvania and was admitted to the State’s Bar, where his civil litigation practice has concentrated on family and personal injury law and commercial litigation. Mr. Kawalski, is also a member of the Pennsylvania’s Trial Lawyer's Association.  Mr. Kawalski, has taught numerous trial techniques seminars as well as seminars on criminal law and ethics. Mr. Kawalski, is very active in the legal profession, chairing a blue-ribbon commission that reformed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in 1982 and recommended adoption of Pennsylvania's continuing legal education requirement.

Mr. Kawalski, focuses on the the following areas of law for the firm; Business ​​ Arbitration & Mediation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Employment Practices Liability Claims. Mr. Kawalski proudly serves on the boards for North Central Victim Services, Universal Technology Learning Centers, The Self Employment and Entrepreneur Development Center, and is a member of the American, Centre County and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
